In May of 2023 my father, a Disabled Vietnam Veteran, paid a $1,000.00 deposit to this business for the potential purchase of a vehicle. The sale did not go through and the dealership was unable to locat paid a $1,000.00 deposit to this business for the potential purchase of a vehicle. The sale did not go through and the dealership was unable to locate a vehicle that we wanted or secure an allocation to have one built. In July of 2023 the dealership agreed to return the deposit since another dealership secured the allocation and ordered the vehicle. The dealership never returned the deposit. On October 26, 2023 I reached out by phone to request the refund and Mr. Todd Fletcher asked that I text him the last four of the credit card for the refund and I provided my mailing address as well. In December of 2023, I reached out to the dealership by phone regarding the deposit and was informed by Todd Fletcher, the sales manager, that the funds will be returned by mail. The dealership was emailed on February 28, 2024 by a third party requesting that the funds be returned, I never heard from them nor have I received the deposit as of this review. It is shameful that this dealership feels the need to steal from a disabled Vietnam Veteran. A complaint was filed with the BBB and they still won’t send the money. This dealership lied to the BBB and claimed that they did not have our address to send the check. They have the address, it was included in the BBB complaint, and the BBB forwarded it to them at a later date as well. They had weeks to send the check!!!!!! It is Memorial Day and this dealership has the nerve to try to honor this day after they’ve treated a disabled Vietnam Veteran so disgustingly. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!! All he wanted was his money back!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!! God takes care of people like you and so do lawyers!!!!!!!! Your actions should be criminal!!!!! SHAME!!!! SHAME!!!! SHAME!!!! REFUND THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!! More

This is the third time I’ve bought a vehicle from this dealership. I’ve kept coming back because of the salesman Miguel. He’s always made me feel comfortable and not pressured. Miguel, is the best! This third time will probably be my last. The dealership website shows they’re running “specials” and to click the link for the “special” price. It’s false. They send you the MSRP/Base price. When you get to dealership you find out that price was before all the “add ons” like special floor mats, tinted glass, etc. On top of that they add LoJack to all the vehicles. An extra $1500 that they won’t take off. You can’t buy vehicle unless you agree to it. Chevrolet and OnStar automatically cover “tracking” of your vehicle thru the My Chevrolet app for first 3 years. So, why do you need LoJack? I should have walked away but I loved the vehicle. My advice, don’t go, if you do, take pictures of all documents thru out process to make sure everything adds up correctly. Miguel is great. Dealership not so much. More
