Great Experience. Great Car I went in to buy a car and our associate Eric Moon could not have made it any more smooth. There were some bumps and swerves, and being told by a mana I went in to buy a car and our associate Eric Moon could not have made it any more smooth. There were some bumps and swerves, and being told by a manager that I was wasting my time, but Eric was there with a smile on his face the whole time. He felt bad for us while were going through the process, even though it had nothing to do with him. He was a real trooper. Also, he is a new associate. He told me that he had only been there for a about 2 weeks. He was very professional and courteous. He helped us pick out our 2019 Chevrolet Cruze and I love it so much. I recently purchased a vehicle having filed bank Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealer. There are many other options so please keep looking. Why? I recently purchased a vehicle having filed bankruptcy due to medical debt. For starters I am female and black and alone who just happens to have filed bk7. My sales person was polite but just needs a lot more practice following up with customers. My vehicle was not inspected before it was sold to me. The office had me insure the vehicle only to find out I would not get to take possession of the vehicle for about a week. Upon pick up, the vehicle shook violently at top speeds. Not 7 hours later, the vehicle was back the the dealer. Then I left the vehicle for service, no one thought it was important to call me regarding the vehicle nor did anyone answer the phone when I called in. I decided to go back to the dealer after work to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle was not ready and the person responsible decided to leave early without contacting customers waiting. No remorse. I was going to leave the keys there at this point and tell them to keep the car. I was refused a manager until that point. Then someone came out and asked me to give them another shot to resolve the issue. I agreed despite my better judgement. I was promised a call the next day and a car wash in and out as the original wash was not good. Cleaning spray must have been used to wipe with a dirty towel because I began to itch when I got in the car. No car wash as promised. When I advised my financial manager of all the issues with the car and the fact that I have not taken possession of the vehicle he stated to me “ this is a business not a charity” I simply advised of all the inconveniences and abuse of my time and requested gas for the car as it was on empty, floor mats as the ones that were in the car were oily and had holes. Rugs were thrown away and not replaced. The FOB key is damaged and only one key was provided. There are no rain guards as the sales info claims the vehicle has the free Sirius XM was not activated and the finance manager refused to give me a copy of the car fax report. He let me SEE it then took it back. He spoke down to me as if I were less than him stating “we are not making any money on this deal” as if this is my responsibility. His tone sounded abrupt and impatient and all he saw was a black female who was alone that just filed bk7. Should he have been having a bad day I was the perfect person to take it out on. I did not feel welcome or valued as a customer. He made me feel like he wanted me to know that he was in charge. He owes my vehicle purchase progress and he will shut it down if I said anything else. He was not nice or helpful. I have much more to disclose but there is not enough space. I sent several emails throughout this process of which none were replied to. I called several times and left messages. I am just another number and another deal. That is it!! I am out a couple hundred dollars due to a vehicle I hadn’t even taken home yet. Uber fees. Time off of work is money lost. This could have been avoided with a simple phone call. They don’t care about people. Just the deal. Once that is done, they won’t call you or make things right. More
