MIRICK GRANT I had been in the market for a 2018 Z71 Chevy Silverado since the beginning of 2018. I live in Savannah, Georgia and looked everywhere in the area fo I had been in the market for a 2018 Z71 Chevy Silverado since the beginning of 2018. I live in Savannah, Georgia and looked everywhere in the area for the right truck at the right price. However, I only encountered salesmen/women who obviously had one goal, and that was to make a sale. So I began to search out of area with interest of a great experience, regardless of where i had to travel in order to solidify the truck for my family. I stumbled upon Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Duluth Georgia. I saw the truck i wanted, submitted my information to the website and waited for a phone call. Mr. MIRICK GRANT was the salesman who gave me a call and this phone call started the simplest car buying process I have ever experienced. Mr. Mirick worked on my behalf the entire process. He retrieved the truck i wanted from a close dealer, advocated on my behalf to have the price reduced to exactly what i wanted, and lastly completed my credit application/exact financing numbers over the phone in about 20 minutes. He sent me pictures of my purchase and did everything in his power to reassure me that all was well and I had no reason to worry. Needless to say, i got on the road and made the trip to Duluth to simply sign documents, collect my keys, meet Mr. Mirick in person and I was on my way with back home to surprise my wife with the exact truck we wanted at the exact price and it was all thanks to Mr. Mirick. I entitled this review by simply stating his name. Mr. Mirick blessed my family since the initial phone call he gave me. I typically do not write reviews but I felt it necessary to elevate this young man for the work he did for me because it was beyond customer service, he made me feel like family! This is a person who needs to be at the leadership level because he needs to be in a position to develop other associates to his level of service and this will only benefit the company! Unethical business practices- liars I gave this dealership a one star because that was the least option I could give. My experience at this dealership was disappointing, insulting, and d I gave this dealership a one star because that was the least option I could give. My experience at this dealership was disappointing, insulting, and disheartening to say the least. They kept reassuring me that I was approved for a 2016 Toyota Corolla. It needed touch up paint which should've been a red flag to me. I signed all of my paperwork before I left. They gave me a loaner car that I drove for two and a half weeks reassuring me that I was approved but they have not been able to get to the car because of the rain. I finally got to pick my Toyota up and I drove it for nine days before they told me that prestige financial said I had to pick another car because they were only going to use part of my income. Well this dealership claimed they didn't have another car to put me in without even trying to submit another vehicle. They said i needed a cosigner or a large down payment. I explained to them what my situation was before i came to the lot and they told me i was approved after running my information and my credit. So after a month I'm leaving without a car. I had cancer which left me disabled. I get disability and am well able to pay a car note. I have purchased a car before and used the exact same proof of income without a problem. I printed out every thing they asked for but yet was accused of being a liar. And a month later I don't have a car. Upon reading the reviews of other customers this is something that they do. I've heard of a dealership saying they had to put you in a different car but that was only a couple of days not a month. I also have two disabled boys. One with autism and the other with cerebral palsy. My family has been hit hard. I really didn't need this headache full of lies. If I wasn't approved why say I am for a whole month. I could've gone somewhere else that didn't even come close to the lies and headache they inflicted. You would expect that from a buy here pay here lot not a big dealership like this one. More

Horrible experience!!! If I could give Rick Hendricks zero stars I would... I've never had an experience like this before. It was horrible from the beginning, I was looking If I could give Rick Hendricks zero stars I would... I've never had an experience like this before. It was horrible from the beginning, I was looking for a white honda civic si online and went to their website, I started chatting with a sales rep that said they had one in stock, so after work I drove 45 minutes out of my way only to get there, start the process of my trade in. After about 3 hours with my sales rep Wabee, the sales manager came over to tell me that the car was not in, it was in north carolina! So now they have to ship it and it would take about a week to get in. Why Wabee didnt tell me this upfront 3 hours before is beyond me! I had already spent so much time and really wanted this car I decided to move forward and have it shipped in, they told me to leave my jeep there and gave me a rental. By this time it was 10pm and I was ready to go. When I asked if I should transfer my stuff from my jeep wabee told me no everything would be safe in the car and they wouldn't do anything until the honda came in. I asked multiple times if my stuff would be ok in the jeep (seemed like he wanted me to leave) he said repeatedly yes... I also asked him if the car was going to be shipped on a truck so the miles wouldn't go up.. he again said yes. So I took the rental went home and waited, I was told the honda would be in no later than Wednesday. Monday no call, so I called wabee to get an update.. he said he had no update and said latest Wednesday. Tuesday I called the front desk to see if they could track it, wabee said he would track it and call back... never called back. wednesday, no call. Thursday I hadn't heard from him so I called in again only to find out my car got in Wednesday and wabee was too busy to call me and tell me. So I drove an hour to the dealership to pick it up and the car wasn't even ready! It hadn't been cleaned and checked out.. so I waited another 4 hours there for them to finish my car. I get into the car the tire pressure sensor is on the gas is on empty and it smells like cigarettes! By this point I'm beyond mad, they took the car to go fix everything and im ready to go. I asked wabee where my jeep was to get my stuff and he informs me that my jeep has been cleared out and the guy who has my stuff is at lunch! So I wait another hour... the guy gets back and gives me my sub, amp and GPS. I asked where all my other stuff is that was in my car... turns out THEY THREW ALL MY BELONGINGS AWAY!!! To top this off... my car that was supposed to have 3500 miles now has 4000. When I talked to the gm Ricky love he said the guy drove my car down from North Carolina!! I told Ricky they have to do something... they threw away over $300 dollars worth of stuff and now the car has 500 more miles on it then I was told. Ricky apologized again and said he would send me $150 check. That was over a week ago and still yet to see anything... this review will go on multiple sites, I'm done!
