Made promises that they did not keep.But hey kept my deposit Showed me the payments at an interest rate that did not exists Asked for the trailer plug to be installed like what was on the new trucks, was rigged Showed me the payments at an interest rate that did not exists Asked for the trailer plug to be installed like what was on the new trucks, was rigged differently that was not a secure system. No response from sales or Finance depts except after calling several times. More

Amazing! I got there because my cousin bought her car there and Brandon Robinson was the person who helped her out, she told me not to look for anybody else bu I got there because my cousin bought her car there and Brandon Robinson was the person who helped her out, she told me not to look for anybody else but him and she was right! He took the time to help me out through all the process! I can tell he is knowledgeable, knew every detail about my vehicle, was very attentive all the way, if I needed anything, water, coffee. Poor Service, and typical lying salesman All in all, the gentlemen David Simon called once and never tried to contact me back. I called 3 days in a row trying to get answers to questions.
