Bait and Switch = Impact on Credit The long-and-the-short of this is. I was in to look at a Z28 (wanted the Silver one at the dealer), was then told that one (Silver) was not on-the-lis The long-and-the-short of this is. I was in to look at a Z28 (wanted the Silver one at the dealer), was then told that one (Silver) was not on-the-list for the 20% discount... but "is white ok?". I said yes it was as it would have been my 2nd choice. I shook (literal hand-shake) on it so then the paperwork work started to process. (So at this point my credit is being pulled which will cause an impact to my credit score, understandable since we are proceeding). Then the one gentleman comes out and says "we have an issue". The white car is NOT on the list... BUT.... would you like a ZL1 or a different car. My answer was no. My issues are (1) My time has been wasted because the dealership should know immediately what is available. (2) My credit report was pulled after a hand-shake, on going forward. Now they did apologize but, my credit has been hit pure and simple. More

These guys make things so easy and convenient, I don't even have to fly there again, They sent me the paperwork by mail and i should have my car shipped to me next week.
