very bad The worst experience ever. Led ,me to believe I was approved and traded my cobalt in.5weeks later they took it back saying they couldn't get it financ The worst experience ever. Everything that was told to me was a lie. Now I have no car, my cobalt is gone. No money returned nor my trade in. My day started with Terrell and before we began looking for a car I told him about my situation. This didn't phase him at all, he was sure that they had something for me. And he meant that! For the next 3.5-4 hours he and his manager Edison worked diligently to find an affordable car for me. I had no expectations, I just needed a car to get to and from work. They were able to find a gorgeous used Kia they had on their used lot that was in perfect condition. Then I met with Avery to finalize the deal. He not only included a few benefits to my deal, he lowered my down AND monthly payments. I cannot have anticipated the great service that I was going to experience that day.
