Waste of time. We stated price range from beginning of sales talks. Spent 4 hours looking at SUVs we were told was within our budget. We fell in love with one. Returned my Suburban with a leaking Oil Filter I have been bringing my Suburbans to this dealer for service for years and no issue. Finally got to their Service Manager Ralph Christopher, ralph.christopher@hendrickauto.com . Good guy and showed if you address an issue straight on consumers appreciate you more based on the character you show fixing an issue that avoiding one. He had Mr. Blood on his toes waiting for the truck no indifferent treatment just treating us like a valued client. Ralph is a tremendous asset for this dealership. More

Great experience all around! Went in with some dings on my credit and not too certain id leave with a car. Worked with Miguel and got the exact car that I wanted. Great buying experience My only problem with the deal ship was t g eyes didn't provide gas after I asked. Soon as I pulled off I had to fill up or I would've ran out of gas. I couldn't drive and hour away on a quarter tank! Outside of that I enjoyed buying here and will again in the future provided I receive gas. More

He searched relentlessly to find the car we wanted and he certainly delivered with the car that exceeded our expectations. The negotiation was a pain but we got the number we wanted and he stayed there with us until we left, which was 12 o'clock in the morning.
