Tune Up/Oil change/Tire Rotation/air conditioner servicing FANTASTIC!! I took my car into the service department on Monday, 5/14/2018 and they made the above mentioned services. Brad was my service tech and h FANTASTIC!! I took my car into the service department on Monday, 5/14/2018 and they made the above mentioned services. Brad was my service tech and he provided a shuttle to take me home while the work was completed. He called me to let me know the car was ready and had someone pick me up from home to reclaim my car. One of the smoothest experiences I have had with Rick Henderick Chevrolet. I own a 2011 Traverse which I love...only Rick Henderick Service has touched the car from the time it was purchased. I know eventually I will have to trade my car in, but right now there isn't a reason to trade...the longest I have ever owned an automobile. Thanks Brad for your excellent handling on Monday....now I'm back riding the streets with an air conditioner that keeps me cool!! More

SERVICE DEPT - FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! This is not my first time using Rick Hendricks Chevrolet Buford GA and each time I am absolutely blown away by the great customer service provided by This is not my first time using Rick Hendricks Chevrolet Buford GA and each time I am absolutely blown away by the great customer service provided by the team , . Recently my Corvette left me stranded on the side of the road on a Friday night at 3:00 AM , After a stressful few hours just trying to get it to my home I called Rich Hendricks's Service Dept in Buford GA and spoke to a fantastic service advisor named David Blood who advised me on the next steps , we had the car picked up by a flat bed tow truck and brought to the dealership . David assured me that since there was no power and the window was down he would bring it inside . The following Monday it was determined that my motor dropped a valve and would need replacing . After I got over my shock .. David assured me that it would be covered under my warranty and kept me abreast of the progress that was being made such as when the motor was ordered , when it shipped and even called me when it arrived . When I picked my car up Wendy, the service manager took the time to talk to me about the repairs and make sure that I understood the break in process , when the car was brought around it was spotless and you would be hard pressed to tell that it had even been worked on . My thanks goes out to Wendy , David , Todd and the whole service team at Rick Hendricks Chevrolet Buford. Excellent Adventure I searched for quite awhile looking for the exact vehicle I wanted. I am very picky, and I would not accept anything less than a perfect match. I finally found the one ..... the right exterior AND interior color, the right package, AND at the price I wanted to pay! My husband and I worked all day, then drove two hours to RICK HENDRICK CHEVROLET of Buford, Ga!! Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming....especially our salesman, Gary Webb. The team stayed late to make sure we left with our dream vehicle. I am very satisfied with my vehicle and the whole buying experience. I will definitely recommend this dealership, and I will not hesitate to make this drive again in the future!! More

oil change, tire rotation, front alinement arrived about 8:05am Saturday, 5/12-left around 12:30 or so. I know I didn't have an appointment however I can't understand why it takes over 4 hrs. f arrived about 8:05am Saturday, 5/12-left around 12:30 or so. I know I didn't have an appointment however I can't understand why it takes over 4 hrs. for an oil change, tire rotation and front aline. several customers came in after me and left long before I did-- I understand the time is based on the service being preformed. They are getting better however, as always my air conditioner was on when my car was returned, I don't use my air and the service person should be able to ride 150 or so feet with out it- why don't they open the windows? the tire pressure not set correctly- should be 35-- is never on 35- 3 tires are at 37, one at 36. this doesn't help the tire life as you know. I originally had asked the driver head light be replaced- I declined when the service manager said I would be charged an hour labor since the light unit has to totally come out. the service manager and his boss didn't know/or remember how to accept a personal check as payment so we had to wait for another service mgr to how my person how to run the check, More
