I think car salespersons get a bad reputation because they have such arrogance and superiority in the manner they convey their hard earned knowledge (I respect their knowledge.) However, I feel like you go to a salesperson because of their expertise. I wouldn't try to fix my electricity; I'd call an electrician! So those salespeople need to get over themselves. And as a woman of a certain age, I have been treated as not there at times in a car dealership. All the information was directed to my husband, for a car in which I would be the primary driver. Alexis asked who would be the primary driver, and as it was me, she went over all the car's details with me seated in the driver seat. Bravo Alexis!! A huge plus, she ran out into the pouring rain to recover our NC Quickpass transponder we forgot to take from our trade-in. Thank you Alexis! More
