Rather than taking the tire off to check for a nail they just put air in it. The customer service rep seemed so pressed to get me to buy new tires instead of addressing the issue I presented to him. I'm used to the superb service that I have received from various Lexus dealerships throughout over the years. This was my first time having my car serviced at any place other than Lexus and it will be my last. I'll make the trip to the Lexus dealership in Raleigh from here on out. More

This review is againt the Rick Hendrick Toyota Management Corporate and not against the Service Department from Fayetteville NC. I have been a loyal customer for Rick Hendrick Toyota (Fayetteville NC) since 2001. I have purchased four cars from them and have done all the required and recommended services with them to include a fifth vehicle (Acura) I owned. More than likely I have spent over $250,000. Recently, one of my vehicles (Toyota Sequioa) the transmission went bad. I took it in for service and the indicated warranty was not honored. As result of this, I called the Rick Hendrick's headquarter's office and spoke with Mr. Wood and requested to speak to Mr. Brown. Mr. Wood stated that he was the one that handled all the warranty complain issues and he was going to contact the dealership and return my phone call. Unfortunately for me, Mr. Wood or Mr. Brown have not had the courtesy to call me back with an explanation regardless of the outcome.
