The construct of the vehicles have always been sound. The product build coupled with this service and sales team makes every visit enjoyable. Heck I look forward to going there and hanging out while our vehicles are being serviced. From the moment I pulled up I was greeted by a member of the team to see what type of assistance I needed. As I entered the service reps area I decided to observe and listen to the activities around me. Sure enough, all of the customers were being assisted and seemingly satisfied with the service. Lori, who assisted me, was quickly aware of my appointment, the status of my scheduled maintenance, and extended warranties. She tracked me down when my service was complete as promised.
