Camrey and Tacoma purchase The salesman was cool but the service department sucks. We bought 2 and both cars tint was bubbled. Poor Customer Service Pulled into the service bay at 1220, my appointment was at 1230. Was not greeted by anyone. Had to go inside to be acknowledged. Was told by one of the service managers that he would let me know if I needed new air filters. 75 minutes later still waiting on an oil change and tire rotation I went back to find out what was taking so long. I had asked a different customer service representative if I needed new air filters since the Service manager that helped me the first time was no where to be found. It should not have taken an hour and 45 minutes for a routine service! Terrible! More
