Service department was a bit overwhelming at first. ..lot of energy...until you determine they have based their service model on a Pit Crew...that's not easily discerned when you first come in...it coul ..lot of energy...until you determine they have based their service model on a Pit Crew...that's not easily discerned when you first come in...it could be toned down just a smidge...However recovery of my vehicle once the service was complete was a bit tough. It was parked half way up the hill...about a city block away from the front of the facility where they said it would be, "just to the side where you came into the building"...I came in the Hwy 129 side, not runway 3R at Knoxville Airport. By the time I found it and got in it, I was huffing and puffing. Next time, park it in the front. More
