Excellent on time service, and within timeframe I was told!! First time visit, we bought the truck used from somebody else. I got the truck there at 8 a.m. for the appointment, and was told it would take 2 hour First time visit, we bought the truck used from somebody else. I got the truck there at 8 a.m. for the appointment, and was told it would take 2 hours to complete the air bag recall. At 9:57 I walked outside for some fresh air and there sat the truck. I went to the service desk and was given my keys and a copy of the recall service for my records. What a surprise, they were ON time and IN time. Positive Experience will bring us back We arrived to look at a 2020 Toyota Highlander Platinum in person, as we had only shopped and built our preferred vehicle online. Once we were there, We arrived to look at a 2020 Toyota Highlander Platinum in person, as we had only shopped and built our preferred vehicle online. Once we were there, Audrey showed us the vehicle and shared the benefits of the Platinum trim and answered a number of questions we had. Though we only stopped to see the SUV in person, we ended up putting a deposit down to have the color we wanted shipped to Rick McGill Toyota. From Audrey, to Kevin, Pete, and the finance guy, everyone was professional, helpful, and saw to it that we had the SUV we wanted for the price and payment we were comfortable with. The men that detailed the vehicle and added the pin stripe should also be mentioned as they, too, did an amazing job. We will be back when it is time to replace our Camry.
