When I called to ask for help in getting a replacement asap, she replied that I should come on in and rhey would do whatever they needed to do to get me back in service. That is exactly what this fine service staff did. She found a replacement tire, had it and my remaining tires rotated for better wear and had us on our way. I greatly appreciate this fine attitude and work for a walk-in customer. I love my Sienna and I really appreciate the service I receive from Toyota employees. More
