She explained it would be up to an hour wait for the 6 month service but the car was done in less time. I have always received excellent service. The facility is clean and very inviting. Troouble With tires I have had a bad experience with getting my leased RAV 4 tires corrected. Your service Mgr. was the only one that even seemed to care. The tires went bad in less than a year and was told I would have to contact the tire co. I did and they sent me to a local dealer that said the wear on the tires was caused by the front end being out of line. I mentioned this to the service dept. and was told nothing was wrong. I took a trip to AL. and was having problem with the tires so I went to a Toyota dealer there and again was told the front end was out of line. I am sorely disappointed in the way the service Dept. has handled this from the very start and the dealer for having such cheap tire on a new car. Any car costing 28.000 or more should have quality tires I think. More
