What a horrible experience. The salesman was condescending from the beginning, because we only wanted to spend $25k. Most of the cheaper cars we came to look at wasn't available The salesman was condescending from the beginning, because we only wanted to spend $25k. Most of the cheaper cars we came to look at wasn't available. When we eventually found a car they wanted to pull our credit score before we finalized the price (tax, all their add ons, minus my trade in). The salesman got very upset with us mumbling something that he isn't a 4 year old. He has sold a lot of cars. We walked away as we , as customers, shouldn't be treated like this. There are enough other places that sells cars. More

I will never go to this dealership again. The service is overpriced, & when they were finished , my white car had black greasy hand prints all over. Who ever drove my car for 2 minutes had t The service is overpriced, & when they were finished , my white car had black greasy hand prints all over. Who ever drove my car for 2 minutes had to readjust my car seat so low & far back, I felt like I was sitting on the floor of the back seat. No one would help me readjust the seat.This is the last time I will be taken advantage of by them! More

My CRV needed a 60,000 mile service. Jesse explained what was included in the service, the cost and that belts etc would be checked.
