I had previously texted the sales person that I could only do mid/low 30s and when we initially met in person he mentioned they had options from the low to mid 30s. With both these confirmations, I took time from my family and pregnant wife to come in. After an hour of working with the sales associate and several times mentioning my budget/price point, the sales associate sat me down and I was presented with almost 48k price Tag. They added almost 12k in taxes and fees. They not only did not honor the 36K base price but added PDI, Market adjustment (5K), and extra miscellaneous fees beyond title and taxes. When I showed the sales associate the active listing of 36k, he said this is "why they put the disclaimer at the bottom" of each ad, so they can "cover themselves." The sales associate went on to describe how all the other dealers are doing the same thing. Since I did my research, I knew this wasn't true, as I received several out the door quotes of 40k from honest dealers. The Staff continued to defend their price, even with there follow up phone call. Right Honda's number one concern was not the customer but their profits. There lack of moral compass destroyed my families trust in this dealership And took time from my family. I would strongly suggest you take your business to another dealer!! It will save you a lot of pain. Now here comes the Right Honda's generic "misunderstanding response" where they talk about the cost of all the additional equipment (which I had none of that in this price) and they talk about how they try really hard to make these fees visible to the customers (which means they can do whatever they want in spite of their customers). They add extra fees and "market adjustments" once you walk into their dealership. Finally, Right Honda will then apologize but do nothing about it....."words without action" should be their motto. Look at other reviews, this happens often. This is obviously a Leadership and cultural problem, that runs from the top down. More

Brandon Bonds did a superb job. My windshield broke on my 2021 Honda CRV Touring. I wanted a genuine Honda one as the vehicle was only 2 months old. My Insurance company would supply an aftermarket one and r 2021 Honda CRV Touring. I wanted a genuine Honda one as the vehicle was only 2 months old. My Insurance company would supply an aftermarket one and reprogram it, no problem. Brandon set up an appointment with State 48, who followed up with my insurance. Took a bit of time (1 week) until scheduled. Sue at State 48 was constantly in contact also. Job was completed. Picked up my CRV and all is well. A bit hard to understand why to reprogram a windshield should cost $375.00. No complaint here as Ins. paid everything. Thanks Right Honda and State 48. More

Awesome experience with my sales representative and ease of negotiation. Only complaint is the lil issues I had with paint defect , scratch and a ding in door.
