Service with right Honda, and customer service has been a nightmare. From the sales consultant, to the service managers. I purchased 3 cars from right Honda within 2 months. The only reason I even bought these cars was because they were for my kids, and my fiancé. Otherwise, I would've went somewhere else. I had to take my new 2020 Honda CR -V EX -L car with 600 miles in for rattling in the right front. Very, very disconcerting. Was a loose sway bar that just needed a bolt screwed back in. Wish Honda production would address but hope everything goes well from here. My service adviser Jesse Monsisvais got right on it and I was in and out in an hour. I plan to use Jesse as my service guy going forward. I appreciate him telling me everything else looks good.
