Sales person was nice and l as was finance department. Only drawbacks were price changed from advertised price and no second key fob or key. Advertised Sale price for a used car was apparently not the sale price according to the Sales Manager, addition approx $1800 for refurbishment items which in my opinion is and should be part of the advertised cost already since was done and not an option or add on of my choosing. It just feels deceptive when the advertised price is $15850 but the real cost is actually $17700. overall experience was good, but I went in looking for a specific vehicle. More
