Deceptive and Misleading Business Practices Shady, misleading and deceptive business practices! Right Honda advertised a 2016 Mini Cooper for $15348 (still on their site) and after a few convers Shady, misleading and deceptive business practices! Right Honda advertised a 2016 Mini Cooper for $15348 (still on their site) and after a few conversations to see if they would take $15000 for the vehicle, a sales manager called me back to inform me that they could sell it to me for $17,800!!?? He explained that there are 'costs' (window tint and a solution application) that they pass on the the customer to the tune of $2000 + $500 doc fee. I was shocked/astonished and quite frustrated that none of that information had been communicated to me. In the 30 years of buying cars in multiple states (including AZ), I have never encounter this. If the 'costs' are passed on to the customer, then DO THE RIGHT THING and simply display those 'cost' figures and add them to the sale price of $15348. Planting/hiding the 'cost' by placing it on the bottom of your site (which people rarely scroll down to) is deceptive and misleading. If the selling price is $17348, then simply advertise that price, instead of being sneaky about it. People generally look at the advertised price and contemplate that there will be a administrative/doc prep fee of a few hundred dollars...this is reasonable and ordinary and the dealer knows this. But what this dealership is doing in my opinion is misleading and borderline fraudulent. There's a 'right' way to do business and unfortunately 'Right Honda' is doing business the wrong way. The fact that you are admitting that you are separating the $2000 'cost' and burying it at the bottom of your page in SMALLER FONT (but in bold) again confirms your deceptive marketing tactics. Be honest and up front. Put the $2000 'cost' in the same size font next to the advertised price so the consumer quickly understands the price and doesn't have to go digging to uncover. This is an easy fix. Poor poor business practices! More

Gibby Gabblin & Jason Decker ** UPDATE*** My husband went back to the dealership to trade in the car in my name. Gibby and Jason were gone for the day. My husband found out that G ** UPDATE*** My husband went back to the dealership to trade in the car in my name. Gibby and Jason were gone for the day. My husband found out that Gibby and Jason were trying to get my SSN because my loan is with a third party and in order to trade it for a new car, I have to be on the new loan and that is why they needed my SSN. They were not going to disclose to me they were trying to put me on the new loan. That is against the law, I have to believe. Can't wait to let Honda corporate in on the scheme Gibby and Jason were playing today. My guess is this isn't the first time they have done it. Do not buy from this place**** They are so sketchy. Worse that any other dealership and we all know how used car salesman are.YIKES!! I am trying to trade in my car. My husband choose to go back to this dealership. I do not know why, as it would not be my choice after or last experience with them. Which we were over charged for the current car I own. I am at work, Gibby Gabblan calls me for the pay off balance (which I had called the bank and got prior to Gibby calling me) but instead starts off asking current my address and then my SSN. I asked him why he needed my SSN, he says he needs to run a credit report to see my pay off balance. Untrue. This is not my first car I've traded in. I start to get annoyed because I know I am being lied to. Gibby proceeded to say to laugh as I was upset because it was shady (which made me more upset). He said to my husband "She's yelling at me." First of all, I do not play those games. I am at work and now I am getting upset because I am not trying to have my credit ran...For what? I am not buying the new car. My husband is with his credit. You would need to run his not mine. I hung up then called the main number back and asked for a supervisor. The "supervisor" Jason Decker told me they can't just take my word for the pay off amount. I said OK then lets three way the bank and so you can hear them say it. Jason said OK ma'am have a nice day and HUNG UP on me. When I called the main line back to get full names for Honda Corporate, Jason the "supervisor" was apparently gossiping with Gibby about our conversation. The way they act like they are above everyone is pitiful. I am the customer. If I feel rubbed the wrong way, in any sales/customer service job, you empathize then see how to make it right/better, and proceed with the sale. These sales people and their managers need serious training. I am sure they are missing out on a lot of deals because of it. I tried to call Honda Corporate but of course they are closed. I am so unbelievably disgusted with this dealership. I will be calling Monday morning. I will make sure to never go to this dealership again. More

Gene conversed with me in the waiting area and made me a deal I could not pass up. He was patient, honest, and genuine. I would highly recommend going to Gene if your are in the market for a new vehicle. If I could give him a higher rating, I would. More
