Misleading the Potential Buyer This car dealership is misleading their potential customers. We were looking into a 2019 Honda Pilot EX-L. The vehicle was listed for $30,978. I expl This car dealership is misleading their potential customers. We were looking into a 2019 Honda Pilot EX-L. The vehicle was listed for $30,978. I explained to the salesperson (Chris Delgado) that I did not want my payments to exceed 72 months. Initially negotiations were going great, he provided me good figures on the monthly payment of the vehicle. Chris was able to get us to $480 a month without gap and extended warranty. With gap and extended warranty the payment would go up to $520 per month. However, these figures were for 84 months. With tax, license, certified pre own fees, gap and extended warranty the additional fees came to over $13,000; I was appalled. I asked Chris how did he get those numbers? Chris could not provide me an answer. All he said was “if the numbers don’t work, they don’t work”. From this experience I would not recommend this dealership (Right Honda) and salesperson (Chris Delgado) for any vehicle purchase. Right Honda is NOT the right choice! More

Gary and this dealership are extremely professional, honest, direct, and responsive in the purchase of a car. The reason I keep going back to them is simple- they make buying a car easy. In the time of Covid-19 and having to do business a "different way" I would highly recommend reaching out to Gary and asking for his assistance. I cannot think of another person that could handle the task with all of the proper precautions in place and still making it happen.
