Thank you again. My wife Martha Stoneburner and I purchased two vehicles on the same day at Right Toyota in the 2011 time frame, with help from Zack and his Fleet Manager, which also was outstanding. This was my first purchase of a Honda product. This latest experience with Dino and the rest reveals that much progress has been made since that time and the support is appreciated. I didn't include your Internet team members as I don't think I met either, though we might have exchanged an Email or Message after my initial phone call with Dino. I seem to recall a female voice confirming my Sales appointment prior to departure to the Dealership.. Regards.
