Svc dept had to order a part. Said they’d call when it was in. I called about 6 weeks later to find out where it was at. Said they would check on it. Came back on the phone 5-10 m Said they’d call when it was in. I called about 6 weeks later to find out where it was at. Said they would check on it. Came back on the phone 5-10 minutes later. Yeah it’s here. Disappointing I had to manage the process. If you say you will call then have it on a follow up list. More

So I went to right Honda because they were at a 3. 5 rating! Everyone els was only at a 2.5 or less. Right Honda did the work I went in for under the time they said it would take. I will never take my 5 rating! Everyone els was only at a 2.5 or less. Right Honda did the work I went in for under the time they said it would take. I will never take my car to bell Honda again providing I don’t have to. I did my research and right Honda is the best by far!! It’s a ways to drive as I live in phx, but so far best decision I’ve made!! More
