Individual advisor was excellent (Thanks, Bill! ) However they no longer have rentals or loaners readily available, and they have the most uncomfortable waiting area furniture of anywhere. Chairs super deep and only good for very tall people, and all tables are high-top, not a single normal height table that is accessible to disabled. Really bad interior design. And sales people constantly annoy people waiting by trying to convince them to replace rather than repair their vehicle. More
