When I arrived at service center I walked down the counter looking for reps name. I passed at least 6-8 employees. No one offered to help. I finally walked back to the beginning of the counter. He acted as though I was from another planet. After work was completed I was told I could only use one coupon for the two services performed. Do you prefer one service per visit? There were additional service fees added to the invoice!. Additionally they could not find my car. It was very frustrating, unprofessional. I am disappointed with your company. More

Over all it was a good experience. I would have preferred to work with the same person I had been speaking to rather than be moved to someone else. He was nice but I had been working I would have preferred to work with the same person I had been speaking to rather than be moved to someone else. There are always differences from what they tell you when going from sales to finance but mostly everyone was great! I do love my car! More
