I had an unfortunate experience with my first vehicle I purchased here but it was through no fault of the employees here. I purchased a new Civic here in the summer and three weeks later I was in an accide purchased here but it was through no fault of the employees here. About another week passed and I came back for a replacement, which they were able to find for me very quickly. Fast forward to my first scheduled maintenance and I was so surprised with how quickly they handled my visit. I've always had to wait at least 90 mins for a basic oil change and tire rotation at my local shops but here I was in and out in less than 30 mins. I thought I was going to have time for a nap when I didn't even have time to finish my hot cocoa from the lobby. And since it was my first round of maintenance it was on the house. More

Very good customer service by me service tech, who is Daniel Estella. The only thing was I was looking around for a possible SUV and the salesman did I not have a face mask i.e. shield on and it took him Daniel Estella. I have always taken my cars to Right Honda and have been completely satisfied with the Service Dept. My only issue is that they changed to synthetic oil which is costlier than the regular oil. I’ve been a customer of Right for close to 10 years and this was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. Service was performed that my wife didn’t authorize and, when confronted, the Service Tech calle this was the worst service experience I’ve ever had.
