I brought my truck in for a simple tire repair and the tech did a horrible job. They damaged my new rim left the area filthy along with hand prints all over the outside and inside of my truck. I went directly to the service writer showed him and he called Mr. Tim Hatcher (service manager). Tim came out took pictures and sincerely apologized for his departments poor results. I was leaving town for a week and would bring the truck in at that time for resolution. Tom ordered a new rim and had his best crew on the changing out of the tire. All four tire pressures were checked along with balanced. Excellent resolution and service on the second visit. Bottom line, bad things happen. However, Tim jumped in and provided excellent customer service. Continuing customer of Right Honda thanks to Mr. Hatcher and his service team leadership. Best regards, Steve Mercier More

Their facility is always very clean and well kept. If you choose to wait in the lounge they offer complimentary wifi, several TV’s for entertainment, drinks and snacks. This Dealership is A+! Daniel Estrella is the best, very professional and excellent customer service skills. Unfortunately Honda decided to discontinue the Accord V6 which I think it was a major mistake.
