I appreciate his honesty and not trying to pressure for extra service as most adv especially my service advisor Alan McKenna has been quite pleasant. Service for my Honda Accord was a little disappointed in the car itself not the service. Should not have to flush my brake fluid on a Honda that is 2.5 years old with 19k miles. We purchased a CRV from Right Honda 1.5 years ago for a family and road trip vehicle. We had no issues during the first year but then things started going wrong. The first situation, it broke down on a roa family and road trip vehicle. We had no issues during the first year but then things started going wrong. The first situation, it broke down on a road trip leaving us strained at a gas station for the night with no service. Within a week of getting it returned, the fuel injectors needed replaced. When the car was returned to us, a week later it stops on the 101 in rush hour traffic making a cop shut down the highway so we could get to safety. At the dealership almost in tears I expressed my concern and safety with this car. The manager Tim looked me in the eyes, told me he completely understands my concerns and he would get back to me. Instead I get a call 4 days later telling us the car is ready. This time it was the engine. I again expressed my concern and asked for someone to try to rectify the situation and instead Dan has a salesman call us and up sell us to buy a new vehicle from them. He also told us it was only worth 13000 when we bought it for over 20. This isn’t a car I feel safe driving. This isn’t a car i would put my children in. So far not one person has tried to help us with this situation. More

I brought the truck in for an oil change the time seemed kind of long, took about an hour. I walk out to the service desk area to check on the progress. I passed by the service advisor with another client. I waited in the area, a few moments later after he showed up and said the service had been completed and ready for me to pick it up. After completing the payment the truck was brought up, when I got in the seat was hot, likely from setting in the sun. I think the advisor forgot about it or was late. More
