The service rep, Alan, was very professional & kept me updated on delays. Was nice that they gave me a ride home since even though I had an 8 am appt, they were unable to get my car looked at until late a updated on delays. Dealing with Jesse was not the best. Dude looked like he wanted to end his life during our interactions🤣🤣 nah really i’d rather deal with someone else. They also told me it would take all day to diagnose and maybe fix my ac but on the warranty extension it said 2-3 hours. I understand that it can get unexpectedly busy and that I am not the only customer but it’s frustrating when I had set the appointment up a week prior. Don’t even get me started on that diagnostic fee. Trust me I understand that in order for a business to succeed they need to make a profit but it still drives me nuts. More
