The tech mishandled my spark plugs, cracked them, caused my car to have catastrophic failure in the middle of the high way. The same tech also did not put the under belly splash guard on correctly and it wa my car to have catastrophic failure in the middle of the high way. I have noticed a decline in the quality and courtesy at Right Honda. Having been a loyal customer for 15 years, purchasing multiple vehicles and relying on them for maintenance, I am disappointed. Our service advisor is great. However, the charge reporting (out of his hands) is miserable with many hidden fees related to ‘disposal, supplies, etc’ plus tax.
