Barry is probably one of the most degrading and rudest person I have ever met. The entire interaction was extremely hostile and uncomfortable. My fiancé is a big car guy and knows just about everything to person I have ever met. The entire interaction was extremely hostile and uncomfortable. Barry wouldn’t listen to anything we had to say and everything has to go his way or he gets extremely passive aggressive to the point where you just have to leave. I’m honest to god not sure where he’s getting good reviews from but please do not buy with him. More

I have reached out to Rivard GMC many, many times and now, almost three months after my purchase, they’ve not yet sent my refund back to me (as an out of state buyer, their third party service overestima now, almost three months after my purchase, they’ve not yet sent my refund back to me (as an out of state buyer, their third party service overestimated the taxes due and overestimate to be sure they don’t get beat or have to chase money). They are not trustworthy (they told me monies would be refunded quickly) and don’t follow-up or do what they’ve said they were going to, BEWARE!!! More
