Barry is probably one of the most degrading and rudest person I have ever met. The entire interaction was extremely hostile and uncomfortable. My fiancé is a big car guy and knows just about everything to person I have ever met. The entire interaction was extremely hostile and uncomfortable. Barry wouldn’t listen to anything we had to say and everything has to go his way or he gets extremely passive aggressive to the point where you just have to leave. I have reached out to Rivard GMC many, many times and now, almost three months after my purchase, they’ve not yet sent my refund back to me (as an out of state buyer, their third party service overestima now, almost three months after my purchase, they’ve not yet sent my refund back to me (as an out of state buyer, their third party service overestimated the taxes due and overestimate to be sure they don’t get beat or have to chase money). They are not trustworthy (they told me monies would be refunded quickly) and don’t follow-up or do what they’ve said they were going to, BEWARE!!! More

Do not do business with this car dealership. The service team is inept and cost me over $2,000 because they did not do their due diligence. I purchased a car in January and already have had to take it in multiple times for repairs. I thought nothing of it and paid them because I figured they knew what they were doing. Come to find out that the repairs were all actually under warranty and they still charged me. When I brought it up with them and asked for a reimbursement they told me that it is not their problem and to deal with it elsewhere. What a nightmare. More
