Not a great experience, would not recommend, first was told vehicle was in premium condition and given the whole sale on Rivard is the biggest best gm dealer in the country…. We do over 700 cars a month, on and on, get photos and upon looking the front bumper has clear damage, the tires are bald and on a dually this is roughly $4k worth of tires, so after we address the misleading information we come up with a compromise on price, then I’m told the salesman can’t come in and do the sale on the next day which is Saturday so we agree to drive straight to the dealer (2 hours away after work) to show up get in the truck the tire light is on clear as day it’s 40 psi under and we have 2 hours to drive back starting at 8:30 at night, he tells me sorry can’t help you no one is here you’ll just have to find a station and do it, so after stopping at 4 different stations I finally find one where the air works, and now I’m realizing they have messed with the numbers we agreed on moving the rate and monthly payment, as soon as we sat down to sign and finance they rushed us through as they were all trying to leave, and then at the end come to find out there is also no second key which will now cost me over $500 to get, stay far away, it’s a bait and switch sleezy car dealer More
