Horrible customer service. Unqualified technicians. No follow up calls from service advisors. I brought my 2023 sierra 2500 denali to this dealership 4 times and instead of tak Unqualified technicians. No follow up calls from service advisors. I brought my 2023 sierra 2500 denali to this dealership 4 times and instead of taking care of the issue with the brakes being under warranty, they resurfaced my rotors and left me with the same problem and weaker rotors. Service advisors dont care. They had my truck for 2 weeks and didnt fix the issue. I would never ever bring my truck here for service nor recommend anyone that i know to come to rivard for service. I took my truck to century buick gmc and they identified the problem in 1 day, fixed it under warranty and had the truck ready for me in 3 days total. The staff at century gmc is super transparent, thorough and communicative every step of the way. More
