Start to finish the dealership was friendly , helpful and easy to deal with. Exceptional service through the entire process, we were kept updated on the status of our order and once car arrived they had it ready and prepped for pickup. Rob was super helpful in teaching the amenitie kept updated on the status of our order and once car arrived they had it ready and prepped for pickup. Rob was super helpful in teaching the amenities, quickly had my phone connected and followed up the next day to be sure we were enjoying the new Jeep. Dave called asking if we had questions and offering for us stop in if needed. Riverfront is the best! We have purchased 4 vehicles there and it is always a superb experience! More

I was kept in the loop on what was going on with my car, and it was great that I was able to let them know what was not needed. As a woman, I always get some flack when I'm in a garage, but didn't get it he and it was great that I was able to let them know what was not needed. As a woman, I always get some flack when I'm in a garage, but didn't get it here (was married to a mechanic, so I know what did and didn't need to be done and didn't get any push back that I didn't know what I was talking about). The price was a little more than expected, but then again it was over 100K miles, and I feel safe knowing that I'll be safe for the next 100K miles with my Jeep! Great customer service, and I will be back! More

Small waiting room, that did not allow view access to the showroom. Overall, it was OK. Staff, well the staff was above and beyond in the service area. 5 star rating for the staff.
