But when I take my car in for a 45 min service for a recall on the car they sold me and I spend 3 hours ther The sales people in the dealer are great. But when I take my car in for a 45 min service for a recall on the car they sold me and I spend 3 hours there its crazy. What's crazy about it is I got there at 11 and my car was done at 12:15. But since they didn't page or call me I didn't know till I asked them how much longer it will be. It was 2pm and its been done for 1:45 min they just felt I didn't need to know. I drove a hour to come here from park forest cause the sales people are great. But if this is how the service center works I'll save my gas and money on tolls and go closer to me. Horrible communication from service center. More

After telling him of our predicament, he took us to Martin, who assured us it would be ready shortly. I looked back and saw my Jeep was already on the lift and a mechanic was being brought over to take care of it. We were out of the dealership in less than half an hour.
