I stopped in to see if I could make an appointment to bring my vehicle in within the next couple of days. When I spoke with the service adviser, he said that if it was okay with us, he would take care of the issue immediately. Never had that happen before. Within a half hour we were on our way. Not once did we feel John was pushy or unfair. The Grand Cherokee with the color and features we wanted was at a different dealership so John transferred it in for us.
