He was also one of only 3 or 4 who didn't try to pressure me into visiting the dealership in person. He absolutely valued my time during our first contact; short, sweet, and to the point. Once at the dealership, it was the same great experience. He kept things moving the whole time we were there. At one point, I made an offhand comment about wanting a sunroof but not being able to afford one, and he quickly found us an option that we came very, very close to buying.
