As we did enough research we where ready to pull the trigger Went to Dempsey in Plano and had a horrible experience after buying cars from them for 25 years. My wife was absolutely insulted and lived She said call Brandon I have been talking with him. I called to find out he was gone for the day. The lady ask if I would like to talk with someone else. I said sure. That’s where I meet Chris VerHagen. He was a pleasure to talk to and answer all questions patiently and professional. I told him our experience and he said stop in and give us a try. I called the next day and said we be coming in within the hour. He said he might be with a client but would have someone ready to take care of us. I said Sounds good. I said I’m ready to make a deal and cleaning out my Jeep commander cause I plan not to drive it home. Chris said that’s beautiful and loved to here that. I’ll see you soon and will make it happen. Got to the dealer met Chris with a smile. Said he was busy but had someone to take care of us. He introduced us to Trisha Drummond sales Consulted I was surprised she already started getting jeeps ready to look at because Chris already notified her that we where on our way. That’s when Trisha took over. Excellent time with her. We ended up sealing a deal with her on a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. She was TOP notch in every aspect of buying a car. And we felt very comfertable like we where family. After we did all the paper work and stuff that wasn’t the end. Trisha then started to go in high gear getting everything done for delivery. We our extremely happy with our day today at the dealer. Met a lot of nice people and drank a lot of coffee (lol) We our so impressed with the service from start to end that I might be back in June for another Jeep. Chris was VERY TRUELY happy that we gave the dealership a chance. As you can tell we our HAPPY with our experience. I’ve been in retail for 38 yr and I know how impotant Customer Service is. Since I paid cash I could take my business anywhere a big reason why I walk out on Dempsey. I plan on doing all my future car buy with River Front. I’ll tell you have some TOP NOTCH people at your establishment that knows what customer service is. New 2018 Laramie Limited First of all let me say I went to 4 dealerships previous to River Front. After not getting my asking price for my trade with 4 appraisals, this place First of all let me say I went to 4 dealerships previous to River Front. After not getting my asking price for my trade with 4 appraisals, this place came much closer than others. People say internet pricing does not exist and is bogus??? At River Front it does!!!! TRISHA was a MAJOR help is getting me out of the dealer within 3 hours. She was VERY knowledgable with all major facets of my deal and I am not easy to please. I traded my Ford F150 for my Ram, and thus far am beyond satisfied with my experience at River Front, and the RAM as well. I just bought it 5 hours ago and have not thought too much about my F150, which was blacked out XLT 5.0 with upgrades everywhere. Give this place a chance, this was my last hope to get the combination of FAIR trade and pricing on the Truck I really liked, and thus far my expectations have been met. More
