Chris helped get us into a 2018 with more options at nearly the same price per month with a fair buy out price. We only live a couple of miles away so he suggested we take the vehicle to our house on the test drive so my wife could check it out briefly, how awesome is that! Needless to say, we love our new 2018 Cherokee Limited with high altitude package! Great customer service, fair pricing and a virtually stress free shopping experience! Amazing Service!! I brought in my 2015 Dodge Charger without an appointment for a recall in hopes I could get it done. I have always dreaded going to any car dealership I brought in my 2015 Dodge Charger without an appointment for a recall in hopes I could get it done. I have always dreaded going to any car dealership because I always feel like I will be taken advantage of. However, this time I was sorely mistaken. I was quickly greeted by Nathan in the service drive and he even opened my car door for me. He greeted me with so much kindness and respect and had a big smile on his face, he made me feel welcome. A feeling I have never had before at a car dealership. He was nothing but respectful and kind during our whole interaction and accommodated my needs of getting the recall done..without an appointment! He then mentioned that my car was due for some scheduled maintenance and took the time to explain what was what, he was not pushy at all which made the experience even better. He took at least 20 minutes to go over everything with me and priced it all out, he was very pleasant to be with the whole time and did not get annoyed with my questions. I am glad I chose to get my recall done at Riverfront. Riverfront is now my dealer of choice! Nathan was excellent and I WILL be back for all my service needs. Thank you Nathan! More
