We recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from River Front. This was all done over the phone or via email since we live 500+ miles away in Kansas. I started off with Dave Semp and seeing if they would entertain holding a vehicle until we could make the trip. Dave set the terms and then handed me off to Vinnie Mazany in the finance department. Vinnie was able the financing all worked out. Then we moved into the capable hands of Trisha Drummond. She dealt with us asking for more pictures of the vehicle and then did face time video walk around at the last minute before we signed. Then Marilyn Imparato from finance sent us the paperwork overnight. On the day we arrived our vehicle was parked inside and was detailed and ready to go. Trisha met us and went over all of the vehicle as we took it for a test drive. Marilyn finished the paperwork with us since Vinnie and Dave were off. Everything was as expected. The staff was awesome and made buying a car a painless encounter. We had such a great experience that we went back on Saturday to meet Dave and Vinnie since they were off the day we arrived.
