Everything about Riverfront continues to impress me. The buying process was the best I’ve experienced. I was overdue for first oil change and tire rotation. Service Department, took in for oil change and tire rotation. Received a call telling my that they broke my key for lock nut and they where not able to remove 2 lock nuts. They charged me for 2 lug nut rotation. Received a call telling my that they broke my key for lock nut and they where not able to remove 2 lock nuts. They charged me for 2 lug nuts and did not do the tire rotation. Now in am stuck trying to figure out how to remove the 2 lock nuts. A year ago, I took the truck for a tire rotation and they lost my original key. I had to have them remove the lock nuts and purchased a new set of 4. Seems like last 3 to 4 years it's been a hassle taking my truck to this service department. I am looking to trade in truck, but probably time to look for a new dealership. More
