After coming in for a mini van, that was sold the night before. I was so disappointed. Jim Sanders was so understanding of my feelings. He asked what I was looking for and what my $ limits ext. were. The finance lady was so sweet understanding that it was a long night and trying to find me what I could budget and also make sure I had the secure feeling of an amazing warranty! Even the porter was sweet enough to get the old dealership sticker off and gas up and make sure I was good to since the dealership was closing up and I was ready to go home. I honestly can’t say enough about Jim, I think he went above and beyond keeping me informed of every step I was taking. He answered all my questions, responded to my messages so fast. I was kept in the loop on what was going on with my car, and it was great that I was able to let them know what was not needed. As a woman, I always get some flack when I'm in a garage, but didn't get it he and it was great that I was able to let them know what was not needed. The price was a little more than expected, but then again it was over 100K miles, and I feel safe knowing that I'll be safe for the next 100K miles with my Jeep!
