The only issue I had was an old battery and they didn't try to pressure me into getting a new one with scare tactics. When I said I wasn't replacing it, that was that. I also work from home and their new, light, thoughtfully appointed waiting area is great (though the internet was down, which didn't affect my work, but maybe check ahead of time if you have a long wait and need internet -- although they have shuttle service to nearby stores and cafes). More

Great Service Dept I have been bringing in my car for the last four years but I would say the Service adept has upped their game from good to excellent. Professional and Caring Service I have a back problem and my driver's seat cannot be moved once its set. The area where the car is left and picked up is very congested and confusing as to where to park, etc. The wait area for customers is not as nice as our previous dealership. We can usually get the cars scheduled for service when we need it and we love that they store our tires. More

When I brought the car back they discovered that the gasket on the oil drain plug was a cracked. They replaced the gasket (& all the synthetic oil) at no charge. Mark helped me, I went on a Sunday and my vehicle was serviced right away and ready in 40 minut I had my first servicing on my vehicle at 5000 miles.
