Emergency! I had an unfortunate emergency situation with my car leaking oil and was expecting the worst outcome! One phone call to Rivera Toyota and next thing I had an unfortunate emergency situation with my car leaking oil and was expecting the worst outcome! One phone call to Rivera Toyota and next thing I know I'm dropping my car off to their service department and it was fixed within 24 hours!! Everyone took such good care of us and before I knew it I was driving home in my car. I cannot say enough good things about them. Very honest, friendly, caring!! Sunday Service Hours! It was time for my 10,000 service. I called a few days ago to make an appointment and they offered me a Sunday 1 pm appointment! Awesome! John Rossi in sales, and Mark Anderson in the service department, were both engaging, genuine, efficient, and made my experience incredibly pleasant. The employee caliber is top notch. Every encounter with an employee was great! I am so happy I walked into the dealership and was treated so kindly. It was my first car lease, my credit was poor, but the team helped me with the process, and didn't feel embarrassed the way I had at a Connecticut competitor , where I was treated " less than". I was so discouraged and almost gave up, but a week later I walked into River Toyota and was treated like royalty. I will never forget that moment ! I drove off in my Rav 4 a happy customer! Also a Yankee /Rivera fan- but even if I preferred the red socks, I'd still choose to come to Rivera over any other car dealership! a marvelous experience!!! Thank you to all!!!! More
