He knew immediately what I was talking about and signed me up for service without an appointment. 30 minutes later I was out of the dealership with my problem solved and my car washed and vacuumed. Great Customer Service I brought my 2016 Prius in for a 25K maintenance. I also asked that they look into a sound I was hearing from the back of the car. We were helped promptly and enjoyed the comfortable lounge complete with complimentary begals and coffee. The sound I was hearing proved difficult to locate but I was updated often and asked to accompany the technician for a car ride to check on the sound. The technician was friendly and answered all of my questions during the ride. I felt that they were very thorough. Mark made sure we were comfortable and that our car was tajen care of. More
