Flakey & irresponsible I went for a routine oil change on my certified 2017 Chrysler van. They quoted me $154 for the deal for three oil changes & tire rotations and I said I went for a routine oil change on my certified 2017 Chrysler van. They quoted me $154 for the deal for three oil changes & tire rotations and I said yes. They said they would call me when the car was done within one hour. They never called. I came back over an hour later and asked if the car was done. A different clerk this time said it was done but billed me for the wrong deal at a different amount than I was originally quoted. I then paid the cashier for the work and she told me to wait in front of the dealership and pick up the van. I waited 20 minutes and went to where the shipping was around back and it was still sitting in the service garage blocked in by another car. Some of the staff seems poorly trained and irresponsible at this dealership. I'll probably try a different dealership next time. More

Pleasantly Surprised!! The dealership was honestly amazing. It was my first time ever buying a car and they were so patient with me and made sure that I left with the best d The dealership was honestly amazing. It was my first time ever buying a car and they were so patient with me and made sure that I left with the best deal ever. My car literally died of a bad transmission 2 hours prior to walking into the dealership. Me and my boyfriend walked into that dealership about 1 hour before it closed desperate for a new car and everyone made sure that I received just that. Freddy walked us through every step of the process, explained to us all the paperwork, and even helped me get a quote with State Farm. Since we came so late, I had to come back the next day to talk to the finance department and pick up the car. When I came back the next day, he was so nice that he even got me and my friend some lunch. He had a very good knowledge of the different models of Jeeps and took his time to show us the different colors and the different specs each one had. Travis Wyche was very pleasant and understanding of my situation. The finance department tried their best to give me an amazing deal and that’s exactly what I got. The gentleman that worked with me signed me up for the Jeep credit card which came in handy when it came down to making a down payment and now it’s my everyday card for gas and other necessities. I sincerely thank Freddy, Travis, and the finance department for working with us. That Saturday I left the dealership with a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and a pleasant experience of Riverdale Chrysler Jeep. Overall, we had a very good experience. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and I would go back to them when it’s time to upgrade to the Grand Cherokee. More
