The longest wait for an oil change I regret going into your dealership on a Saturday for an oil change. I arrived at 8:40 a.m. & waited inside the car til 9:20 a.m. til your employee re I regret going into your dealership on a Saturday for an oil change. I arrived at 8:40 a.m. & waited inside the car til 9:20 a.m. til your employee reached my car to take my request. I waited for the car inside your facility til 12:30 p.m. My past oil change has been during the weekdays & it taken less than 1 1/2 hour. The employee Delanie was very professional & courteous. She is able to work under pressure. It was very hectic & she had to deal with a very nasty disgruntled customer. She was working all over the place... Taking in the customers request outside. Printing the vouchers. Also as cashier. Delanie is the definition of “customer satisfaction “ Please giver her an award...she deserves it! Because of her your business was able to run on that Saturday. More
Misleading and ignoring. I bought a 2013 Jeep Cherokee with 2400 miles on it, a week later the brakes started to grind, so I brought the car back to them and 90 limited warran I bought a 2013 Jeep Cherokee with 2400 miles on it, a week later the brakes started to grind, so I brought the car back to them and 90 limited warranty the coverage includes Brakes, master cylinder, vacuum assist boster, wheel cylinders, hydraulic lines and fittings and disc brakejoints. After 4 hours waiting they come out saying the brakes are not covered and wanted $1,400.00 for the repair, trying to get this resolved I was ignored and had to leave with nothing solved... This dealership has a good service department well staffed wit It's 7:20 am, I know that the sign of a thriving dealership is it's service department. This dealership has a good service department well staffed with knowledgeable competent personnel. At the time of my visit there were plenty of patrons waiting to drop off their vehicles for service. I had a simple service request standard maintenance, oil change and tire rotation. The service took a bit long I thought 1 hour and 45 minutes from the time I handed my keys to the service coordinator until I was back in the seat of my car. While I was there in the waiting area an argument broke out in the service area out of sight but it was loud and vulgar and long. The good thing for the dealership is that I was the only outsider who was at the waiting area so no one else had the negative experience. As a business owner with employees I understand the dynamics of alfa males sharing work space, and butting heads from time to time. What I don't understand is why these guys are still on the same side of the room. If they are good techs then help them by separating their proximity. If that don't work someone has to go because you don't want that escalating into a dangerous situation that may or may affect employees or patrons and spread a negative reputation to an otherwise great fealership More

Worst experience and worst purchase in my life they totally ripped me off by selling a defective vehicle as in great condition, ended up spending over $1000.00 dollars in repairs.
