Long wait time but quality of work is worth it I came in and spoke to my advisor Jose (who always make sure my car is running well before I leave hence why I do keep coming back) because on two sep I came in and spoke to my advisor Jose (who always make sure my car is running well before I leave hence why I do keep coming back) because on two separate occassions when using my AC in my car I came back to my car and found the front passenger floor mat flooded with water. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:40am to have that look at and get an oil change as my light had turned on prior to me getting there. Thank God i brought my gym bag with me as he told me it would be a few hours. I would go to the gym, make a stop at Target, and come back 5 hours later and still my car had not be touch. He explained that "they had gotten back up, but your car is next." He would have the service team check my AC lines but nothing seemed wrong, he reported they even try to tilt my car as best they could to recreate what i told him happen, but no water flooded the front passenger side. They completed the oil change and i left a few minutes before 5pm. I am happy to report i have not re-experience a flood in the front passenger but it was my day off and i could not complete my other errands. I unfortunately was not the only customer to have that experience that day as several other customer reported have long wait times that day. More

Bad service Many reasons. Poor communication, misdiagnosis, often leave loose, damaged and or missing items under the hood after service. Extremely long wait time Many reasons. Once I brought the car in for a gas cap light they said it just had to be replaced and they charged me an additional $160 to diagnose it. Worst part is that a week later the car gave me the gas cap light again. I could no longer return after last visit. In which they told me to bring my car in Saturday morning to replace break pads i got there before they even opened. Left the car at 9am. i received no communication so I called around 1pm and they told me they would call me back. They call me at 2:30 to tell me that no work had been done and that I had to return on Monday. They also charge higher prices than other dealers to diagnose your car. More
