Worst experience with Toyota EVER I have been a loyal customer at RH Toyota for 15 years and over the last 5 years, the customer service has gotten awful. I was shocked at my last experience....I even emailed the service relations manager and left 2 phone messages and she NEVER got back to me!?!? The water pulley pump BROKE off of the water pump while I was driving my 2016 Highlander (less then 50,000) on the highway! Luckily I made it to a gas station (it was 8 pm) and I had to leave the car there overnight. It was towed to Toyota the next morning and from the minute it arrived, it was a downward spiral. I know it was a freak situation that the water pump broke off, crazy things happen I know, BUT they way I was treated was totally insane. No phone calls back, no offer of a loaner car until the 3rd day it was at the dealership and a HUGE argument over what was under warranty and what wasn't. I still can't believe their focus was on the bill when my focus was on the fact that the water pump broke off of a 3 year old car with less then 50k miles while I was driving on the highway!! Not once, did one single person at this dealership apologize or express concern. More

Prince Ali to the Rescue! We had recently put a deposit down on a used Prius at another local dealership. That dealership then refused to return our phone calls or follow up with us in any way. We asked for the deposit back and stopped at RH Toyota on the way home. We saw were looking at a used Prius in the parking lot, after the dealership had closed. Ali, on his way out of the lot, stopped to talk to us. Within 48 hours, we had purchased the car. There was no hassle, no fuss. I got the exact monthly payment I wanted, WITH the warranties. Finance was also very nice. Arlene was very expedient and while she was processing my paperwork, the dealership was able to get me a better last-minute rate on my loan! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. RH Toyota and Ali are now our FIRST stop when we need to make a purchase. More

Don't bother getting service here Appointments do not matter here. Your time is of no value to them. I asked what the deal was and was told sorry they will get to it soon. I had to get back to work so I took my keys and left. This is the second issue I have had at this service center and will not be returning. More

The best! dealer I've ever dealt with! Ali Shah was the man called to talk to us--I think it was the luck of the draw and the luck was all ours. We bought both a previously owned Prius and an Avalon, while trading in a Kia. From start to finish, Ali was courteous, friendly and easy to deal with. Not that we needed to be coaxed but after the less-than-gracious (aka rude) treatment from Eagle Motors next door, he was a welcome relief. I'd also like to single out Matt Governali in the finance department for completing what was an enjoyable experience from the moment we walked out the door to the moment we drove away with our two cars. I cannot recommend Riverhead Toyota more--and especially to women! who are often treated with condescension by car salesmen. More
