Connor Hart at Rivertown Ford is your guy! After an accident, I had gone exactly 1 year without a car. I’m in Louisiana and needed a done deal that day. I called to ask about a used Volvo and sight unseen, was more than comfortable purchasing! Connor called and walked me through every inch of the car’s condition, sent me pictures, had tire and break pads replaced, and worked with me on every aspect of the process. He even called on delivery date (which was very affordable) several times to update me and followed up. After driving 8 hours to bring me my new purchase, the delivery guys showed up with awesome spirits and were so excited for me to see my new car for the first time. Southern hospitality, willing to go above and beyond, trustworthy, are just a few ways I would describe the people that helped me finally get back on the road. Went in to have a recall service the was more then helpfully with setting up my appointment for my off day at work .
